Cudell Improvement, Inc. - Cudell Improvement, Inc. is the nonprofit community development corporation serving the Cudell and Edgewater neighborhoods of Cleveland. Cudell Improvement is involved in a variety of neighborhood-improvement activities, including housing and retail development and programs for community residents. Anita Brindza is the executive director of the organization, and Cathy Sabolik serves as its director of commercial development. Jeffrey Sugalski - Jeffrey Sugalski has volunteered with Cudell Improvement, Inc. to design the Lorain Station Historic District website and develop its content. He is currently employed with a community development corporation on Cleveland's East Side, and has recently received his master's degree in urban planning. In his spare time, Jeffrey volunteers with various community development corporations or nonprofit organizations to help them share information about their programs and services to a greater audience on the World Wide Web. Lorain / Denison Merchants Association - For over twenty years, the Lorain / Denison Merchants Association has strived for the betterment of the Lorain Station Historic District. Activities in which the association has been involved include the Re-$tore Cleveland program, maintenance and design, economic restructuring, sponsorship of beat patrol officers and other safety-related programs, support for the addition of historic monuments and public art, community events, and much more.
